Mission description

We seek a general secretary to oversee the administrative management of our association Mission Trekkeurs and serve as the heart of our operations. You will join a friendly team, contribute to writing association documents, and share ideas for organizational development. Responsibilities include: managing administrative operations (ongoing files, correspondence, statutory compliance), maintaining member records, drafting meeting minutes and reports, and organizing meetings and the association's calendar. We seek rigor and strong organizational skills.
