Mission description

As a field team leader, coordinate and supervise volunteers at sporting, cultural, festive, or ceremonial events for smooth operations and public safety. Organize and assign volunteers to posts; maintain radio contact with command and other teams; ensure safety compliance; manage access and circulation; report critical information and unusual situations; coordinate team actions during incidents; serve as the organizers' local contact.
