Mission description

EPIDE (Institution for Insertion into Employment) accompanies young people in achieving their social and professional goals through adapted, individualized pathways. We seek professionals to intervene with our youth to help them prepare for the job market. As a volunteer speaker, you will share your professional experience to help young people enter the workforce. You will support the professional integration advisor, providing external and complementary perspectives that build confidence and help youth better understand workplace expectations and practice in a safe setting.
