Join a street library to reach children and parents living in poverty where they live, sharing a love of books and opening windows to imagination. Each week, children have a dedicated space where adults are fully available to read stories and connect. Over time, trust builds and everyone is transformed by the encounter. Parents are also invited to participate. The street library becomes a living space connecting people to themselves and each other. Two street libraries operate in Caen, held each Wednesday afternoon in working-class neighborhoods.
