I design and test interfaces for a civic platform (UX Research, UX/UI, Figma)

Mission description

Support Qualiscope Formation association in designing and improving the SKILLS and SKILLS PRO platforms by combining user research, UX/UI design, prototyping in Figma, and close collaboration with developers. This is a key mission covering the entire product cycle from understanding user needs to launching interfaces. The goal is to create clear, inclusive, and effective user journeys based on real user data and translated into mockups ready for the technical team. A panel of volunteer users is already engaged for interviews and testing.
