I organize a team-building event bringing together 150 participants

Mission description

Rotaract is an international association that organizes three national assemblies yearly as weekend gatherings—key moments for training, sharing experiences, making national decisions and strengthening club connections. Rotaract Chaumont is seeking motivated volunteers to help prepare and run the first major 2027 Rotaract France event in Chaumont in November. This event will bring together at least 150 participants from across France for training sessions, team-building moments and working meetings.
