Become a Cub Scout/Girl Guide leader with the Scouts and Guides of France in Pacé and support children ages 8-11 in their development through play, community life, and autonomy. Using scout pedagogy, you'll help each child build confidence, teamwork, and openness to others. Your mission benefits children by providing a safe space to have fun, express themselves, and learn about community life; parents by offering a trustworthy educational partner transmitting values of solidarity, respect for nature, and citizenship; and yourself by gaining solid animation skills and team leadership experience.
