Respond to elderly and/or dependent people's requests and help set up teleassistance services: participate in teleassistance training, receive installation requests from the local ADMR association or departmental federation, explain the service to clients, complete contracts and install teleassistance systems with subscribers and family members, and ensure service follow-up including maintenance requests. Volunteers work at elderly people's homes to install teleassistance equipment.
