Mission description

Lead a living space for homeless individuals. Working as part of a trio with two facility coordinators, your mission will include: listening and dialogue with residents, regular presence of one half-day per week to participate in shared activities (meals, activity days, etc.), close collaboration with coordinators and staff, creating bonds to ensure individual and collective well-being, and fostering a climate of trust to support personal projects.
