Mission description

Join EGEE Cœur de Gironde to support people seeking employment or career change. Provide individual accompaniment with compassionate, personalized support so beneficiaries progress at their own pace. You can also lead group workshops such as presenting candidacy in 3 minutes or practicing job interview simulations. Your goals: reignite their desire to move forward, help them value their skills and identify competencies, identify experience that makes a difference in their desired field, and help them regain confidence.
