Mentoring is an interpersonal relationship of support and accompaniment based on mutual learning. Its objective is to foster autonomy and development of the mentee by establishing goals that evolve and adapt to their specific needs. Do you live near Saint-Pol-sur-Ternoise? Whether you are a student, employee, civil servant, job seeker or retired, you can become a volunteer mentor. Kindness, listening, sharing, trust, humility and reciprocity are the essential values defended by the 'Mentoring to Succeed' project. The mentoring relationship typically lasts about 6 months on average.
