Mission description

Finding your first job or apprenticeship isn't easy, especially without guidance from people around you! At Le Déclic, young people contact us to be supported with application procedures (CV, cover letter, interview prep, job search techniques, etc.). As a mentor, you guide one young person at your own pace through our platform. After identifying areas where you can help, you help them build an action plan and follow their search progress. A typical mentorship lasts three months at 2-3 hours per month. Becoming a mentor means: ✅ Promoting equal opportunity for all.
