We organize Showdown training sessions (an adaptive sport similar to air hockey where two blindfolded players compete at a table using paddles and a sound-emitting ball) for blind and visually impaired youth at INJA (National Institute for Blind Youth). The volunteer assists session organizers with refereeing, room setup, supervising young participants, ensuring their safety throughout, and contributing to the smooth running of the training. No specific skills are required—training on visual disability and Showdown rules will be provided. Motivation, kindness, and good interpersonal skills are essential.
