This mentoring mission promotes autonomy and development through personalized objectives. A student or young professional mentors a vulnerable child year-round (two hours weekly), focusing on their needs and interests. Support goes beyond academics to build motivation, confidence, cultural awareness, mobility, and independence, primarily at the child's home to strengthen family connections.
