From a converted truck, La Cravate Solidaire travels to job and training seekers. Our volunteers are central to our support system, participating in Ateliers Coup de Pouce conducted in four stages: A warm welcome with a hot drink to get acquainted. Image coaching to find the ideal professional outfit. Interview simulation to prepare for recruiters. A professional photo to conclude the workshop, for use on CVs, professional networks, or as a nice memory of visiting the truck! Your role is central; through your actions, candidates leave feeling renewed and ready.
