Welcome the public at the festival or event, check entries, direct visitors to event locations, and answer their questions. Share your enthusiasm with attentiveness and good humor! Participate in a friendly group experience and attend the volunteer certificate ceremony at World Volunteer Day at the Grand Kursaal. The mission aims to ensure a warm welcome for festival-goers from their arrival at the event.
