Help these people reconnect with sports practice in a supportive environment. K'léidoscope Sociocultural Center recruits volunteer walkers to accompany groups of residents—seniors and sedentary people—on gentle and Nordic walking outings. Discover the territory, strengthen your body at your own pace, and create connection and joy. No need to be an athlete—just willingness to walk together, listen, and support.
