Help with the vacation departures and returns of association members. Tasks include setting up the venue and parking, loading luggage into vehicles, welcoming vacationers, serving refreshments, and managing medication packages. Scheduled dates in 2026: 18/07, 31/07, 02/08, 08/08, 15/08, and 22/08.
