Lead the Guéret group of 40 young people aged 6-18 by animating the year using scout pedagogy and organizing summer camp. This is an annual commitment with volunteer training. Monthly meetings with a yearly theme, at least two weekend camps, and a 1-3 week summer camp. Help develop meetings around imagination while fostering children's independence and shared success. Supervised by unit leaders and territorial team support.
