Le Grand Bain is an educational project that brings together 2 classes from 2 schools in the same city but from different socio-economic neighborhoods. Both classes follow a meeting program throughout the year: letter exchanges, art and culture education projects, and neighborhood visits. Each year, elementary school classes from different Marseille neighborhoods are paired based on 3 criteria: class level, school social position index (IPS), and transportation accessibility between the two schools. They collaborate all year on a shared artistic project.
