Join Les Antilopes to volunteer mentoring struggling business leaders, always paired with another volunteer with complementary skills. This duo approach ensures two perspectives, two experiences, and one shared equal-to-equal posture, without acting as an expert or being judgmental. You'll work with SME/small business leaders (average 9.5 years experience, 60% with employees, all sectors, average age 47). When an entrepreneur contacts the association, they're called back quickly and complete a questionnaire to analyze their situation and identify their needs.
