Want to be useful? The elementary and middle school students we welcome weekly at MaKabane cannot get help at home—they will be happy to have you by their side as they progress in learning. No need to be competent in all subjects: each volunteer team includes both humanities and science specialists who support students based on their homework needs. Depending on your schedule, commit one or two hours weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays from 5-6 PM and/or 6-7 PM. We host about ten students per session. They come with homework—you will help them complete and understand it.
