Mission description

Facility management (house and garden)/Logistics: track stocks and purchase cleaning supplies, hygiene products, gardening products, and office materials; manage light gardening; oversee maintenance and repairs under the president's responsibility, either hiring professionals or using volunteer skills as available. Preserve the facilities in good condition. Association life animation: track stocks and purchase beverages, coffee, tea, and snacks (many staff use the facilities during lunch breaks); coordinate with leadership; organize meetings and events.
