Provide mentoring—a voluntary interpersonal relationship lasting at least six months—to a vocational high school student. The mentoring focuses on career guidance and professional integration, building their confidence, autonomy, and personal development. You will receive training in the mentor role, including sessions on mentoring posture, career exploration, and self-assessment.
