The association Enfants de la République (EDLR) is a secular, independent, non-partisan non-profit working to transmit, strengthen and protect Republican values—Freedom, Equality, Fraternity, Secularism—based on the Charter of rights and duties of French citizens. The Charter is currently signed by new citizens upon naturalization but remains unknown to French-born citizens. EDLR makes it a living civic commitment: 'Sign, you matter; get others to sign, you change things.' We seek a volunteer team to lead a national campaign targeting the general public and especially local and national elected officials.
