Chez Entourage calls outreach 'Nomadic Encounters'—small groups of volunteers and neighbors visit people living on Toulouse's streets. We chat, take time to know them, and offer human warmth. No coffee or clothes, just genuine human contact and social connection. These encounters shift perspectives on street life and precarity, combat stereotypes, and build meaningful relationships.
