I help with administrative management for consumer and housing cases

Mission description

We're seeking a volunteer to assist with association administration, particularly in our Consumer and Housing sectors. Tasks include: physical and phone reception, file management (writing notes, sorting and filing), research (paper or digital), and other administrative support. Help people and families facing daily challenges: housing issues, consumer complaints (utilities, internet, fitness), or debt problems. Volunteering happens as part of a team with other volunteers.
