ÉduSport Connect develops Foot & Compétences, an experiment using sports to help young people identify and showcase competencies developed on the field: cooperation, communication, confidence, engagement, leadership, and decision-making. For initial actions with young athletes in Mâcon, we seek volunteers to help prepare and run educational and fun workshops. You can participate in workshop preparation with the team, co-lead games and collective challenges, help young people articulate skills developed through sports, and bridge these competencies to professional contexts.
