GEM NOVAMission description
Lead Tai Chi sessions at Gem Nova for small groups of 6 people with disabilities or chronic illnesses. Sessions are held in a calm, secure space with mats provided. Participants have diverse backgrounds (stroke, head trauma, multiple sclerosis, HIV) and are autonomous. Your role is to adapt the session to accommodate everyone while promoting wellbeing and socialization.
