YOON is an association working for the public good with the aim of combating professional downgrading for people arriving in France and promoting their sustainable professional integration. It encourages ambition among foreign nationals in France and supports the continuation of their careers in line with their skills and choices. It also mobilizes the community of citizens, employment actors, training providers, and businesses to encourage them to take action for greater quality in their practices.
