The association offers compassionate and citizen-based listening to people struggling with grief. It provides one-on-one interviews conducted by trained listening pairs specialized in grief support, maintaining strict confidentiality and secular principles. It also organizes grief walks and support groups. The association has branches in Calvados, Manche, Eure, Seine-Maritime, and Orne. It brings together 48 volunteers across these different territories.
