Weekly activities year-round (except during school holidays) to help adults learn to ride bicycles, led by a team of volunteer instructors on Saturdays at 10:00 AM or 2:30 PM, in partnership with the Association Mieux se Déplacer à Bicyclette (MDB Paris Ile-de-France). The program begins with learning balance, followed by propulsion technique, then preparation for riding through handling exercises in a protected area. The group meets at the new location: Jaurès school, 18 June 1940 Street in Clichy 92110. After that, participants progress to riding circuits in public traffic in the Clichy area. The program includes road safety education, traffic rules, and cyclist-specific skills. Once participants have advanced, the program covers route planning, bike maintenance, and various easy rides in the region on cycle paths, low-traffic streets, and large parks.
