One day, Mother Teresa said: "We realize that what we accomplish is only a drop in the ocean. But if this drop did not exist in the ocean, it would be missed." This is how UDM began: two drops of water were going in circles, concerned with doing their part in the vastness of humanity's needs. They decided to unite and thus become a larger drop of water. They then thought that other lonely drops of water might also be going in circles, equally concerned with being useful. So the two united drops set out to find these lonely and willing-to-help drops. With a bit of organization, much motivation and generosity, the UDM Family became a vast drop of water, working at its own scale to make the world better, in which each little drop of water has the space to flourish and feel useful. And even if, stepping back, we realize that what the drops of water in the UDM Family accomplish is, in the end, only a drop in the ocean, we also know that this drop would be missed if it did not exist. So if you are a drop of solidarity eager to help others, join us to add your stone to the building of a better world.
