To cooperate in the Hérault department with the actions conducted by the National First Aid Association (ANPS) and promote the policy defined by it, to disseminate among the population the teaching of first aid to be given to the injured, sick, victims of accidents of any kind or public disasters, to cooperate with public authorities to spread accident prevention techniques, to establish, train and instruct teams of active rescuers within the framework of civil security missions and official regulations in force, to train workplace first aid and rescue personnel within companies as well as fire-fighting specialists.
