Since 1995, Unis-Cité has enabled young people aged 16 to 25, and up to 30 for young people with disabilities, to commit to Civic Service missions in the service of the public interest. For 8 months, young people from all backgrounds work together collectively to address societal challenges: solidarity, the environment, combating isolation, and raising awareness about mental health. Each year, Unis-Cité supports thousands of young people in this civic experience, a genuine springboard for developing their confidence, independence, and skills. The organization also helps them build their future plans, notably through mentoring.
