UFCS/FR Formation Insertion provides comprehensive support to individuals with the goal of preparing them for successful social and professional integration. We facilitate the social and professional integration of all audiences through regular follow-up with individuals and the implementation of structured integration pathways, particularly within the framework of RSA Itineraries and FSE schemes. We offer training and instruction in French language and foundational skills (written and oral expression, computer literacy, etc.) using tailored teaching methods. We provide support, assistance, and guidance related to career orientation, administrative procedures, digital literacy, and other matters to the people we welcome. Each year, more than 2,000 individuals, both women and men, from all geographic, social, and other backgrounds, are received and accompanied by UFCS/FR Formation Insertion in Lyon through its various missions, including targeted initiatives and regular services.
