The Seine-Maritime Departmental Union for First Aid (UDPS 76) is an association governed by the 1901 law, created in 1995, and represents at the departmental level the National Association for First Aid "A.N.P.S.". The A.N.P.S. is one of the associations approved at the national level by the Ministry of the Interior for the teaching of first aid. It is divided into several dozen structures called Departmental Unions for First Aid located in mainland France, overseas departments, and Andorra. The U.D.P.S. disseminate knowledge and expertise in first aid, whether in basic training or supplementary courses.
