A Heart That Acts is a French non-profit humanitarian aid association based in the Île-de-France region, and we operate in developing countries, particularly in Africa. Our representative office in Africa is located in Douala, Cameroon, where we also have a team dedicated to traveling through remote villages to assist the most vulnerable populations, particularly children and people with disabilities, following thorough local investigations. Our goal is to meet their basic needs, namely: - Education, - Food, - Clothing, - Medical care, - School rehabilitation - Access to drinking water. Currently, we are seeking grants to carry out our project. We need funding to build: • 5 boreholes to provide populations in remote areas with access to drinking water. • Rehabilitate 4 dilapidated schools and 2 canteens to allow children to attend school in better conditions. • Construct buildings to house 2 health clinics in two remote villages to provide populations with access to first aid, and to enable pregnant women to give birth under medical supervision (currently women give birth in the bush, even on the ground, in deplorable conditions) • Young children lack clothing, nutrition, and…
