Tremplin Jeunesse helps young people aged 15 to 30 find their direction and integrate into the professional world through cooperative entrepreneurship and awareness of ecological transition. Our mission is to promote equal opportunities and combat inequalities in access to employment and training. Our values: knowledge sharing, cooperation, compassion, determination. Our actions: 1. Our re-engagement programs. By using entrepreneurship, awareness of ecological challenges, and cooperation, we make participants decision-makers in the project and agents of their own future. We have two main programs: >>> Tremplin'J: a 4-week program in which a group of young people launches a temporary impact-driven enterprise. >>> Chantier Comm': a 6 to 8-week program in which a group of young people train in communication professions, then create a temporary neighborhood communication agency. 2. We also offer customizable workshops (CV coaching, interview simulation, etc.), friendly events for our alumni, and tailor-made programs co-created with our partners.
