The association helps people in severe precarity get back on their feet by providing housing as a foundation for stability. From this housing, individuals are supported in their life goals by a social worker using a holistic approach, working with the local network of partners. A team of volunteers is present to help rebuild social connections through various shared activities such as having coffee together, going shopping, cultural or sports outings, and more. After a period tailored to each beneficiary's needs—ranging from a few months to several years—the person is supported in transitioning out of the program and moving into independent housing. Volunteers therefore participate in welcoming and supporting individuals, while also taking on various tasks such as maintenance and repairs.
