Founded in June 2021, the Their memory association is dedicated to transmitting the history of the Second World War and actively promoting the transmission of memory. In a world marked by the return of conflicts and misinformation, it is committed to raising public awareness of the issues of this period in order to prevent the repetition of past tragedies. To carry out this civic mission, the association relies on a solid national structure. It currently brings together more than three hundred volunteers throughout mainland France, thus bringing together a wide diversity of skills to design ambitious and rigorous memorial projects. In order to make this history accessible to the widest possible audience, Their memory deploys its expertise through innovative formats. Its actions result in audiovisual and editorial productions, the development of immersive digital tools such as virtual reality, as well as a strong commitment to research and educational support in schools.
