Our mission: to raise the Ocean's voice loud and clear! Founded in 1990 by surf enthusiasts driven by unconditional love for the Ocean, Surfrider Foundation is much more than a simple association. It embodies an international community united around an essential mission: to protect the Ocean, including waves and coastlines, lakes and rivers, against numerous environmental threats.
