Super Mamans is an association founded in Switzerland in 2015, whose concept we exported to France in 2020. It is a network of volunteers ready to support young mothers after the arrival of their newborn(s) through a home-cooked meal and time for conversation. The idea is to recreate social connection around the new mother, to break isolation and to reduce mental burden for at least one meal during the week.
