Supermamans is an association present throughout France since 2020. Our network of volunteers supports new mothers during the 6 months following the arrival of one or more newborns by providing home-cooked meals and offering time for conversation. The idea is to create social connection with the new mother, break isolation, and lighten the mental load by taking care of at least one meal during the week.
