Supermamans is an association that was founded in Switzerland in 2015 and whose concept we expanded to France in 2020. It is a network of volunteers ready to support young mothers after the arrival of their new baby or babies by bringing them a home-cooked meal and offering time for conversation. The idea is to recreate social connection around the young mother, break isolation, and reduce mental load for at least one meal per week.
