SuperMamans is an association founded in Switzerland in 2015, and we are exporting the concept to France. It is a network of volunteers ready to support young mothers after the arrival of their new baby(ies) through a home-cooked meal and time for discussion: We call them Gift-Moms. Indeed, in our Western societies, some new mothers sometimes feel isolated after the birth of their child(ren) and feel the need to be supported and surrounded: We call them Moms-to-pamper. It is normal to feel tired after giving birth; pregnancy and childbirth cause major physical and emotional upheaval and it is equally normal to need support. Gift-Moms offer these young mothers presence and moral support to complement (or not) a healthy meal. The basis of pampering: Bring a free meal, prepared with care. And according to the wishes and availability of each one, why not: A time of discussion over tea/coffee, caring for the baby during a shower, accompanying an outing to the park...
