SuperMamans is an association that was founded in Switzerland in 2015 and whose concept we exported to France in 2020. It is a network of volunteers ready to support young mothers after the arrival of their new baby or babies through home-cooked meals and time for conversation. The idea is to rebuild social connections around the young mother, break isolation, and reduce mental burden for at least one meal per week.
