SuperMamans is an association that was founded in Switzerland in 2015 and whose concept we exported to France in 2020. It is a network of volunteers ready to support young mothers after the arrival of their newborn(s) by providing a home-cooked meal and time for conversation. The idea is to rebuild social connections around the young mother, break isolation, and reduce mental load for at least one meal during the week.
