SuperMamans is an association founded in Switzerland in 2015, whose concept we expanded to France in 2020. It is a network of volunteers ready to support young mothers after the arrival of their newborn(s) through a home-cooked meal and time for conversation. The idea is to recreate social connections around the young mother, break isolation, and reduce mental load for at least one meal during the week.
