The SSIAD/ESA of Tarn à l'Agout works on behalf of disabled and/or dependent elderly persons at home in order to provide them with comfort care, to organize and coordinate support for users with family and professional caregivers. The service is operated by a non-profit association within the ADMR network (home services for families). Financing is public (ARS) and subject to the validation of a CPOM (five-year multi-annual objectives and resources contract). Governance is led by a board of directors composed of volunteers and representatives of employees. Professional multidisciplinarity is present in the establishment: nurses, healthcare assistants, psychologists, psychomotor therapists, occupational therapists, etc.
